Right Direction

"Make decisions that lead you toward the direction of your dream. When a path ends, it is easier to find another one." - Jon Riki Karamatsu -Issue: Your decisions play a significant role in determining your future. Rule: Choose a direction that fulfills your purpose. Next, consistently work on small steps forward on your chosen path. Obstacles will appear. Keep finding ways to move forward beyond them. If you reach a dangerous end or a complete dead end, find another path toward your dream. If you have to create a new one, do so only after applying all your mental faculties combined with your research and plan, and advice from your real and virtual advisers and artificial intelligence ("AI").#decisions #judgment...

Shadow Work to Heal Your Anxiety

I'm in the process of healing my mind, body, and soul. My goal is to transform into a Jon who has more inner peace. I realize my anxiety has compromised my career performance at times. Also, I have to stop my past trauma with bad people from destabilizing my emotions. These are my weaknesses, or as psychiatrist Carl Jung would say, my shadow in my unconscious. I am facing my shadow and hugging it, therefore, bringing it into my consciousness and healing it. I will increase my mindset practices and physical fitness. Facing Your Fear of Risk 9th Rest Day for 2022 I took my 9th rest day for 2022 yesterday, Friday, April 8, 2022. They vacationed on their own for 4 days on...

We control our lives, not our distortions, nor our evil.

Carl Gustav Jung, a Swiss psychiatrist and psychoanalyst who founded analytical psychology mentions how we must confront our shadow, the darkness within the unconscious of all of us. If we can integrate it into our conscious and manage it, we can become better human beings. By darkness, I include not only the evil in us but also our cognitive distortions that erode our peace. By practicing cognitive behavioral therapy daily, we are able to identify our cognitive distortions, face them, and manage them. We control our lives, not our distortions, nor our evil. The almighty shadow can be put in its place when we light it up with our glowing desire for peace. Enjoy the Positive Masters universe here at https://positivemasters.com for mindset...
