Start your day fresh! Every morning is a brand new day for you to crush it! 🌞⁠⁠I like to launch my day by being grateful for my existence. I also express my thanks for all my loved ones and all the good things I have in my life. Then I brush my teeth, make my bed, and get dressed. ⁠⁠I enjoy making myself a hot cup of green tea, which has L-theanine, an amino acid that gives you a calm feeling combined with clarity and alertness from the caffeine. I also enjoy drinking coffee, but I usually have a cup of green tea first to get the L-theanine in my system. πŸ΅β˜•β β Next, I'll have breakfast and review my Google calendar....
