Express your gratitude from the moment you wake up until you go to sleep.

Gratitude is a powerful practice that can protect you from external negativity and your own internal distorted darkness. By expressing your gratitude from the moment you wake up, you can jumpstart your day on the right foot. Continue expressing your gratitude throughout the day for the many good things you experience, whether small or big. Kill your enemies with kindness.

Kill your enemies with kindness. This is a cliché, but it's extremely powerful and very successful in the long-run, as shown by the Positive Masters before us such as Siddhārtha Gautama (Buddha), Mahatma Gandhi (Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi), and Martin Luther King Jr. Their nonviolence practices have amassed multi-millions of nonviolence practitioners. Don't scold them for falling short of your standards. I repeat "your standards," which could be blown out of proportion (another cognitive...

Cognitive Distortions - Part 6 Don't blow things up out of proportion or minimize them. When you fail, don't exaggerate your errors and imperfections. Failure plays a huge role in your learning process; however, you may fear it as you get older. Constantly remind yourself that failure is part of your growth. If you fall down, you can get back up again stronger by learning from your mistakes. When you tried to walk as baby, you would fall down often, sometimes getting injured; yet, you kept getting up and trying again until walking became second nature. Products, services, and philosophical and scientific...

To live in the present, you must move with time. The magic happens when you consistently move with time.

I came up with the following quote early in the morning of April 2, 2020 when I thought about how important it is for your conscience to be moving in step with time and to not be stuck in your depressed past or ahead in your anxious future: To live in the present, you must move with time. The past does not move. Neither does the future.Whatever you experienced in the past, stays there. As for the future, it remains still, waiting for you.The magic happens when you consistently move with time.
