Carl Gustav Jung, a Swiss psychiatrist and psychoanalyst who founded analytical psychology mentions how we must confront our shadow, the darkness within the unconscious of all of us. If we can integrate it into our conscious and manage it, we can become better human beings. By darkness, I include not only the evil in us but also our cognitive distortions that erode our peace. By practicing cognitive behavioral therapy daily, we are able to identify our cognitive distortions, face them, and manage them. We control our lives, not our distortions, nor our evil. The almighty shadow can be put in its place when we light it up with our glowing desire for peace. Enjoy the Positive Masters universe here at https://positivemasters.com for mindset...

Now is the most important time, not the past, not the future, but right now. We think we'll be happier if something better should happen to us in the future. However, the grass is not always greener when we get there. So, let's do our best to enjoy and make the most of what's before us now. If we do this, we'll have times of joy no matter what happens in our future.

Everlasting youth is in my head.A world of fantastical journeysthat exist between the living and the dead. Each story's message is the same.To reach the arc ahead, I must understand my pain. - Positive Masters, Jon Riki Karamatsu, 9/7/2020 -Children are curious, eager to learn, open minded, and imaginative. I strongly believe it's beneficial to have these qualities as adults. Combine them with your life experiences to get creative with your life, career, and business. As a teen or adult, you have the ability to go deep into your soul and analyze the benefits that can come out of your emotional pain. I had all of this in mind when I wrote the poem I posted.Enjoy the Positive Masters universe here at www.positivemasters.com...
When things go wrong, be patient with yourself. Celebrating or at least acknowledging your little wins are extremely important for your progress. It's also very important for your mental health because you release dopamine that elevates your mood. Your slow progress could potentially lead you to a major breakthrough.
