The following are a couple of examples of an all or nothing mindset: "I didn't get accepted into the university that I wanted so I'm a failure" or "I lost my election because people don't like me." It's what we all desire. If you have your purpose, awesome! Keep working on it! If you haven't found your purpose, I have a fun homework for you. Write down 10 things you enjoy doing. Then, write 10 ways you can provide value for others for each of the 10 things you enjoy doing. Next, pick your favorite value and find a company, non-profit organization, or government agency that provides that value and see if you can work for them....
