On your bad days, just focus on 1 to 3 of the most important things that you need to get done that day and execute on them!

On some days, you wake up with less motivation to attack your day. Maybe you're stressed about the overwhelming amount of work you have to do. Maybe you're down because things aren't going as you planned? You're wondering if something will or will not happen, causing you angst. Are you worrying about a relationship, the break-up of one, or being lonely? The death of a loved may have hit you hard. Maybe it's because someone yelled at you at work or the critics are attacking you. Heck, it could be all of the above. We understand the generations before us when we become them.

During our time from children to adults, we observe our parents and grandparents. The world is new to us. We keep learning and exploring. As we grow older, our grandparents and their friends fade away and our parents become the seniors. We've got careers and responsibilities. Some of us have kids, some of us don't. It's at this point that we begin to understand the sacrifices our parents and grandparents went through because we've become them. Once, our parents are gone, we have to take on their role. I've succeeded 85 times and today, July 10, 2019 is the 170th day of the year. After working during the day, I often return home and continue working late at night and into the...

Deep Breathing, a Remedy for Stress, Anxiety, and Anger.

It takes years to build a good reputation, yet, it takes only a moment to destroy it. Our greatest mistakes in life often occur when we're stressed, anxious, or angry. Whenever you feel stressed, anxious, or angry, one remedy you can apply that's really simple to do is deep breathing. As soon as you feel your heart rate picking up, your muscles tightening, and/or your head feeling nauseous, take a deep breath and count to four, then exhale slowly while counting to four. Keep repeating this slow breathing technique until you feel your heart rate normalize, your muscles relax, and clarity return to your mind. Even if you're not stressed, anxious, or angry, try this breathing technique. You'll feel much...

Rise of the Positive Masters!

We know what you want. It's what the great majority of us want, to be happy! Happiness is not a destination but a way of life. You must work on your positive practices to attain and maintain it. With practices such as compassion, empathy, mindfulness, gratitude, meditation, self-reflection, journaling, goal-setting, reading and writing for personal growth, sleep, exercise, nutrition, being around positive people, sensory therapy, psychological therapy, and such, you can be happy a vast majority of the time! Negativity has hurt your soul. I understand. It has damaged mine. Negativity exists everywhere: in yourself, in your loved ones, in others you interact with, and in certain events of your life. When you turn on your smartphone, computer, and television, you'll...
