I also express my thanks for all my loved ones and all the good things I have in my life. Then I brush my teeth, make my bed, and get dressed. I enjoy making myself a hot cup of green tea, which has L-theanine, an amino acid that gives you a calm feeling combined with clarity and alertness from the caffeine.
