Sharing a part of me with you is my medicine.

Sharing a part of me with you is my medicine. It's better than pushing myself to oblivion. There's no meaning when you don't care.So I write my purpose over and over with despair.Everything I was comfortable with is spinning out of sight.Maybe this is my last fight. - Poem, Positive Masters, Jon Riki Karamatsu, 6/27/2020 -I dedicate this poem to you if you're feeling anxious or depressed or are helping a loved one who is. No matter what time, no matter what place, my deepest love for you can always be retraced.

No matter what time, no matter what place,my deepest love for you can always be retraced. The outline of your bare body glowed in the dim light. It was as if you and I had one final night.I understood that nothing is immune from being replaced. So I held you tightly to let you know that that will never be the case.No matter what time, no matter what place,my deepest love for you can always be retraced. - poem, Positive Masters, Jon Riki Karamatsu, 6/18/2020 - Enjoy the +positive masters+ universe here at www.positivemasters.com for mindset and business practices, motivational podcasts and writing, and apparel and accessories with inspirational mantras to boost your happiness and counter any anxiety, sadness, or anger that you may...

I've got you locked in my mental clock.

I've got you locked in my mental clock. When I meditate, I go back to our first date. A different time that no longer exists. I say I don't need anyone; yet, my dream persists. I step into the stream where I last danced with you. If everything isn't true, then why do I still love you? - +positive masters+, Jon Riki Karamatsu, 4/23/2020 - ✒ This love poem was inspired by my first novel (unpublished) about a young politician, Ken who's miserable with the adversity in his career until he meets a young woman, Kaylee in a coffee shop in his dream - only this is not a dream but a place where lost souls are trapped. As he helps...

Don't blow things up out of proportion or minimize them.

Cognitive Distortions - Part 6 Don't blow things up out of proportion or minimize them. When you fail, don't exaggerate your errors and imperfections. Don't blow them up way out of proportion because doing so will cause you unnecessary grief. Everyone makes mistakes. Failure plays a huge role in your learning process; however, you may fear it as you get older. Constantly remind yourself that failure is part of your growth. If you fall down, you can get back up again stronger by learning from your mistakes. When you tried to walk as baby, you would fall down often, sometimes getting injured; yet, you kept getting up and trying again until walking became second nature. Products, services, and philosophical and scientific...

I seek savior in ages of critical thought.

I'm so lost.I have one foot in the living, while the other foot is out.I seek savior in ages of critical thought. - poem, +positive masters+, Jon Riki Karamatsu, 3/3/2020 - At times, you may have conflicting feelings that pull you in opposite directions. In this poem, I refer to your feeling of wanting to get away from everything; yet, you're still wanting to be a part of it. You're frustrated with the bad things in the universe; yet, you greatly appreciate the good. If you're feeling this, I understand. I go through these periods too. Critical thinking - philosophy has helped me to calm my racing mind and fears. For example, Stoicism and Buddhism has been beneficial for me when...
