Embrace obstacles as something that normally occurs. So when something does go wrong, you're calm and ready to take it on like it's no big deal. Tell yourself, "I will become better because of this obstacle."

It always amazes me when people get upset by an obstacle, like when someone rejects their work or business proposal. They start blaming the messenger. They dumb down the system. They attack the other party that rejected them. This is wasted energy. They could use their precious energy for their next moves. Don't be surprised when something goes wrong because it will. Those who wish obstacles never get in their way will always be upset when they do. Those who wish everything is suppose to be perfect will always get upset for any imperfection that occurs. If they don't blame themselves for the obstacle, they blame others. No, not you, for you are ready for the good days and even more...

I seek savior in ages of critical thought.

I'm so lost.I have one foot in the living, while the other foot is out.I seek savior in ages of critical thought. - poem, +positive masters+, Jon Riki Karamatsu, 3/3/2020 - At times, you may have conflicting feelings that pull you in opposite directions. Cognitive Distortions - Part 1 Don't have an all or nothing thinking. Stay positive! The following are a couple of examples of an all or nothing mindset: "I didn't get accepted into the university that I wanted so I'm a failure" or "I lost my election because people don't like me." All or nothing is the basis for perfectionism. Such thinking makes you feel worthless because of a failure or imperfection. Absolutes don't exist. If you force your experiences into absolute categories, you'll always be depressed because whatever you do will never measure up to your exaggerated expectations. Nothing is fair. Understanding this will set you free from regret and resentment.

Nothing is fair. Understanding this will set you free from regret and resentment. Why? Because what seems fair for you may not be seen as fair for someone else. ⚖️Look at our careers. What you bring to the table in your business or job will be seen differently by each individual. 🤔The same goes for punishment . Why do you think the judges and juries make widely different decisions in sentencing people for offenses? We all have our own biases and perceptions. That's why a person with a conviction of a violent crime can have a fine while a person convicted of a non-violent crime can go to prison. Us humans, with all our flaws, operate in shades of gray....
