Somewhere along our journey of life, we lost our innocence.

Somewhere along our journey of life, we lost our innocence. If you can see the innocent child in the person who is hurting your feelings, you'll be more willing to forgive that person, like you would a child. Replace the angry face of the adult hurting your feelings with that of a child. This can change your mindset, a hack that can calm yourself from raging back. A child is learning and molding his/her character. As adults, we can continuously improve ourselves as well. Be a student of mental health.

Be a student of mental health. Study your thoughts & emotions. Assess why you think & feel a certain way. I also express my thanks for all my loved ones and all the good things I have in my life. Then I brush my teeth, make my bed, and get dressed. I enjoy making myself a hot cup of green tea, which has L-theanine, an amino acid that gives you a calm feeling combined with clarity and alertness from the caffeine. I also enjoy drinking coffee, but I usually have a cup of green tea first to get the L-theanine in my system. 🍵☕Next, I'll have breakfast and review my Google calendar....

The less you have, the more grateful you are.

The less you have, the more grateful you are. You appreciate all the things you have that helps you in your personal life and career. You cherish your loved ones. You enjoy the simple pleasures. You continue to provide value for others, which have the potential to bring you returns on your efforts and investments that will bring you financial peace. You're thankful you're still alive in this world to make your greatest comeback because you have the determination to learn, evolve , grow, and kick butt - I mean execute!!! 👊💥Going to the extreme, minimalists purposely downgrade their homes and give away their material things to be more in tuned to what really matters in their lives. 🤔Keep crushing...
