Get enough sleep to keep your mood in the positive zone. Yesterday, I worked from late at night until the sun came up. I napped for 4 hours and continued working. Even though I wanted to be productive, it was hard. My concentration wasn't at the level I needed to progress steadily throughout my day. Second, my resilience to outside negativity became weaker.
