I stopped watching the news since 2015. 🙅🏻 I feel this has been beneficial for my mental and physical health. I love this game! If you love what you do, it's fun, like a game. If you don't, it's life, the dreary tasks you do to get by. Finding your purpose that makes your heart sing is what you desire. It's what we all desire. If you have your purpose, awesome! Keep working on it! If you haven't found your purpose, I have a fun homework for you. Write down 10 things you enjoy doing. Then, write 10 ways you can provide value for others for each of the 10 things you enjoy doing.
