Take a deep breath.โ  Whenever you feel stressed, anxious, or angry, a remedy you can apply that's really simple to do is deep breathing. As soon as you feel your heart rate picking up, your muscles tightening, or your head feeling nauseous, take a deep breath and count to four, then exhale slowly while counting to four. I also express my thanks for all my loved ones and all the good things I have in my life. Then I brush my teeth, make my bed, and get dressed. โ โ I enjoy making myself a hot cup of green tea, which has L-theanine, an amino acid that gives you a calm feeling combined with clarity and alertness from the caffeine.
